Do you know what power you have? No, really…do you?
You don’t have to be the president to have power. You don’t even have to have money.
Your voice has power and so does your vote.
It’s Bigger Than You and Me
It may seem as if you have few choices with the way the world is currently going in 2020: earthquakes, wildfires, millions of people unemployed in the U.S., economic injustice, and losing the GREATS #RipRBG.
OAN, did I mention a global pandemic? (Yes, we’re still in one)
But you DO have choices.
You see, unlike some countries, we have rights. But what good are they if we do not exercise them?
We MUST take action because if we don’t, then we would be undermining our own power.
As a woman, I know it is my duty to exercise my right to vote—one that was not an option for me 100 years ago.
As a black woman, I know it is my duty to exercise my right to vote—one that was not an option for me 55 years ago.
As a member of society, I know it is my duty to exercise my right to vote in an effort to build a better world.

Not for you, not for me, but for the world.

We are living in uncertain times, but the only thing that is certain in this world is change.
So let’s change the world for the better, do our part, and improve the world…together.
